Can I appear for B.Com entrance exam, if I want to write B.Com exam privately?

I have passed H.S.C from Mumbai through private exam & secured 55%. Now I want to appear privately for B.Com(1st year) from Pune. So can I appear for its entrance exam?

dear friend,

yes, you can give the exam .
there is no problem in that .
so just give the Entrance exam and take admission into regular course.
