You can apply for SBI clerk exam, if you hold 60% marks in 12th. Graduation is necessary to apply for CWE conducted by IBPS for clerk or P.O. You can try for clerk jobs in private banks. Upper age limit for clerical position is 28 years. There is relaxation in age for candidates under reserved category.

IBPS has raised the qualification for Bank Clerk from 12th pass to Graduation. So you are not eligible for IBPS Clerical.
But SBI still takes 12th pass students for Clerical post. If you have got 60% marks in 12th and you have Computer Knowledge then you can apply for SBI Clerical. SBI conducts their own entrance separately and IBPS conducts their own examination. Age Limit for SBI Clerical: Age should be between 18 to 28 years if you are a General category candidate.Age relaxation is available for reserved categories. OBC - 3 years relaxation SC/ST - 5 years relaxation PWD - 10 years relaxation Selection Procedure: -Written Exam -Interview Written exam will be objective type and there will be negative mark for wrong answers. I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for bank clerk exam.. As both IBPS and SBI have raised their qualification criteria to graduation for clerk exam.. Following are the eligibility for clerk exam --student must possess a graduation degree or in the final year of graduation for clerk exam.. --Age Limit--20-28 years.. Relaxation will be given to SC, ST and OBC candidates.. Selection process for clerk exam 1.)Written exam 2.)Interview All the best.. |
