Educational qualification needed for the position of Clerk-cum-cashier:
For applying to the position of Clerk-cum-cashier, candidates must be graduates in any discipline from an approved university or any other qualification approved by the central government with not less than 50% of marks. In addition to this, candidates should also have obtained not less than 60% of marks in the class 10 examination or in the class 12 examination. The required mark for candidates falling under reserved category is 45% at the graduation level and 55% at the 10+2 level respectively.
What are the other qualities required for this position?
In addition to the aforesaid educational qualification, candidates must possess fluency in English and in the local language of the state for which they are selected. They should be able to write and read in the local language. They should also have English typing skill with not less than a speed of 30 words per minute. Candidates must be between the age group of 18 and 26 years.
