B.Tech/B.E graduates are eligible for GATE (M.Tech). M.Sc holders in specific subjects as well B.Pharm graduates are also eligible. Marks obtained in the qualifying examination is not a restriction in apply for the exam. Admission to M.Tech programs in IIT’s are offered through a centralized counseling process. Other Universities offer admission on the basis of GATE score or University conducted entrance exams.
