Can I appear for NET if I am a Bsc student with 60.59%
can i appear in net ? I am a B.Sc. with 60.59%. in 1994

Being a graduate you can’t apply for NET. Master’s degree is the qualification required. The degree must be obtained from any of the recognized University with a minimum of 55% marks. Upper age limit for NET (Fellowship) is 28 years. For NET (lectureship), there is no upper limit.

Sorry to say that you are not eligible for net exam right now. To appear in this exam you must have post graduate degree with 55% from recognise university.
Net exam conducted by ugc every year two time in june and december for jrf and lecturership. If you are interested to appear in net exam so first of all you should complete you post graduation after that you can apply for net exam. There is no upper age limit for lecturership but for jrf maximum age 28 year. For complete detail --www.ugc.ac.in |
