Can I apply for admission in DAV Chandigarh after scoring 14.75 marks in Physics OCET PU?

i have scored 66% in b.sc (non medical).i get 14.75 marks in physics OCET P.U . CAN I apply for admission in D.A.V CHD.for m.sc physics.

i have got 56% in bsc medical , can i get admission in msc zoology in dav clg chandigarh without ocet??
