If I don't complete graduation but I have completed other courses like Pharmacist and Paramedical so then can I apply for West Bengal Civil Service Commission exam?

The minimum education required to apply for WBSC ( West Bengal Civil Services) or any PSC (Public Service Commission) examination is a graduation degree in any discipline or equivalent from a recognised university.

So, having completed courses in Pharmacist or Paramedical, you are eligible to apply for WBCS examination if your courses are equivalent to a graduation degree otherwise not.
