You have completed BA in Bengali from NETAJI OPEN UNIVERSITY so you are eligible for WBCS exam , because NETAJI OPEN UNIVERSITY is approved by UGC .

If you have completed Graduation in any discipline from recognized university then you are eligible for WBCS exam.Final year student are eligible for WBCS Exam.

Your age should be in between 21 years to 32 years for general candidates.

Age relaxation is given below -

5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates
3 years relaxation for OBC Candidates
10 years relaxation for PHC candidates
5 years relaxation for Ex-serviceman

The WBCS selection process is consist in three way-

1)Preliminary exam(This Exam is based on Objective type Question Paper)
2)Main exam (This Exam is subjective type)
3)Inter View.

I've passed graduation from karnataka state open university in bengali hons. Is this graduation certificate valid for wbcs examinations.
