I want to do mTech in Environmental Engineering.I have done my Btech Electrical and Electronics Engineering.Can i apply through GATE for Mtech in Environmental Engineering.Please suggest me other ways to join Mtech for Environmental Engineering.Plzzzz

Yes you can definitely apply for the GATE exam. The eligibility criterion for the GATE exam is a graduation degree in engineering. This will help you to join for the M. Tech courses. Some colleges only offer the M.Tech course based on the GATE score. There are certain other colleges which conduct the individual entrance examinations as part of their recruitment procedures for the M.Tech courses. The government plans to scrap all the other entrance exams and allow institutes to take in candidates only on the basis of the GATE score.
