Can I apply for lateral entry in second year in any college or university after doing B.Tech from HRIT Ghaziabad?

Meanwhile i'm persuing btech from HRIT ghaziabad first year...
and i'm not satisfied with my colleg...
so I want to change it.
can anyone tell me that can i apply for the lateral entry in second year in any other colleg or university....?
i've scored 65% avg in 1 yr.

no, you cannot apply for admission in 2nd year.you r eligible if you are a polytechnic student or b.sc student in final year. so take steps with care.

Yes u can change ur college .any student Can be able to take adMission in 2nd year into any colleges.by giving only the aptitude test.this aptitude test is conducted by the college itself.
