I complited m.com. 1st year in internal so can i aplay for m.com 2nd year for external?

No, it is not allowed in any university that you pursue first year of Master's degree in commerce in internal that is in regular mode and then think to appear for second year of course from external mode that is in distance.

You will have to continue your course in same mode in both year.

After doing b.com external can I do m.com internal
