Bachelor of Commerce is the only undergraduate course offered by the Commerce department of AMU. M.Com, MFC, MTA, etc some of master level courses offered at AMU. Selection of eligible candidates to B.Com course is done on the basis of their score in the qualifying exam where as that for master level courses is done via written exams. Fees for these courses must be paid at the time of admission and that is different for resident and non-resident students.

Admission Procedure for Commerce courses in AMU

Candidate having HSC certificate (passed) can apply for B.Com course admission. HSC course must be passed with Commerce as the main subject. Selection to this course is done on the basis of marks secured in XII class.

Bachelor degree holders in Commerce can seek admission to Post Graduate courses in related stream. Selection of suitable candidates to these courses is done on the basis of written test. University itself carries out this selection test.

Fee payment must be made at the time of admission. Fee structure differs for residential and non residential candidates.

There is no fee for certain candidates. For B.Com course, women candidates are exempted from fee payment. For PG diploma courses, there is no fee for resident students.
