i am bsc chemistry fail , then i want to complete my graduation in commerce can i apply in recognised college

As you had earlier taken admission in B.Sc. so it is obvious that you would have done
10+2 with science subjects.

It is not at all a problem for you now to get admission in B.Sc. or B.Com. or B.A. course.
Just because you failed once, your further studies are going to be stopped in any case.
You are definitely eligible for admission in recognised colleges.

Additionally, I would like to suggest you that this time you should choose a course
in which you see your good future.
All courses lead to a great career if a person's interest lies in it and/or the person
doesn't hesitate doing hard work.

Yes ofcourse you can apply in a recognized college after failing in BSc and completing graduation in commerce.since you are failed once you have all rights to do further studies.

i failed BSc chemistry in 2005. after this i done some computer courses but it worthless. because every company asking me for graduation. what can i do? which field do support for my good career. i wanted distance education.
