I'm currently studying B.Com Honors from a college affiliated to Calcutta university. Is it possible to change from Honors to Pass? If yes, then what is the procedure? To whom and how to apply for it?

No, you cannot change stream in between of course if you have just started and the following course is available in your college and from the same university you are registered in than only you can try to change but if you are half way through the course or have started and registered with the university than you cannot do the following.
