I have passed 10th class in 2005.There is something mistake in name of mother and date of birth in the mark sheet. How can I correct it? If yes then please tell me whole process of correction and charges?

According to my knowledge it is not possible to change date of birth in 10th marksheet after a long gap.
You can change it only after 3 years of passing and after that you are not allowed to do so.
