I want to change polytechnic college in 3rd sem and my 1st year is all clear so after submitting gap certificate of 1 year can i change the collage to second year.
Or any other processes bucz i don't want to continue in my college

Yes, you can change your college in 2nd year. In order to change the college you should talk to officials of both the colleges as there are different rules and procedure.

You can write a application letter to your head of instituition if he/she agree then your request will be transfer to other college.

No, you can't change your college in the middle session. None of the government college allows you to change your college in middle session.

If you want to change, then you need to take fresh admission in another college....
