Can I continue B.Com course after 15 years and clear my failed papers?

I have completed and passed in all subject except English in 2003, whether I can get degree certificate or can I possibly take re-admission for attending English exam?

1. You can not resume your bachelor's degree in commerce after fifteen year of academic gap. There is a time limit for registration number.

2. You need to register for Bachelor's degree again from any good college of your choice and pursue it to become graduate.

If a candidate has left an academic course in between then he is asked to complete it within stipulated time as per university and UGC norms. You can not come after fifteen years and try to complete the course.

Your previous registration is now invalid and you need to register again for bachelor's degree and pursue it from any good and recognized university.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
