I have failed in A/c 1. I want to pass out that 1 subject. I have passed in all subjects other than A/c 1, Last appear year is 2009. I want to appear again for that 1 subject. Can i appear for that 1 subject and clear my tybcom?

No, you cannot attend the exam because the course limit is 3 years, maximum course limit is 6 years so you need to complete your course within this 6 years. You have 8 years of gap so you cannot apply for the exam. If you want a degree you need to start from the first year.

No, now you can't appear for just one paper of third year. You have to take admission in first year once again and pursue your graduation from starting. If you want then you can do it by distance education also. Thanks

The time interval between your last exam and present time is huge and I do not think your University will allow you to clear your backlog paper after time interval of 09 years as the same rule is only applicable for a period of 01 year in most of the colleges.

You are still advised to get in touch with your university where your paper is due to be given and get proper information from there as the rule is different for each university. If they allow you then you can clear the same and get your marksheet.

No, it is not possible to clear your failed subject and continue your B.Com course after a gap of 8 years. The minimum duration of B.Com course is three years and the maximum duration is six years. Since, the maximum duration of B.Com course from the date you have taken admission is completed, you can't clear your backlog and you can't continue your third year of B.Com course.

According to my knowledge there is no such procedures as because there is gap of more than 6 year. If more than 6 years gap is required then you need to start again.

Can I complete my graduation after 8 years, my last sybcom done in 2010 from Mumbai university?
