I have passed 12th from commerce .I decided to do bcom so my question is can I do CA during bcom ,if yes then how and can I proceed CA from bcom IInd year.

Yes definitely you're eligible for CA course. The applicant who complete 12th standard are eligible for CA course.

Since, your not completed Graduation course yet. So, you're eligible for Foundation course. You can't directly eligible to apply for IPCC course.

Being a B.Com 2nd year student I suggest you to complete B.Com course with above 55% percentage of marks then directly apply for Intermediate course (IPCC) without applying Foundation (CPT) course.

ICAI stands for Institute of Chartered Accountant of India . It is an Professional course . The duration of the course is for four years with practical training . The course is divided into three stages namely , Foundation course , Intermediate course and Final course .

So, I suggest you first concentrate on you studies and score good marks in you're B.Com course. After completing B.Com course you may directly apply for IPCC course.
