Quote:
The LLB course is regulated by the Bar Council of India. Candidate seeking for LLB course after +2 level may join the integrated LLB . The duration of an integrated LLB program is 5 years. One has to go through National Law entrance exam which is known as Combined Law Admission Test – CLAT and is conducted by the Bar Council of India. The maximum age limit to apply for the program is 20 years. The second option to pursue LLB program is after the graduation. The duration of the program is 3 years and the maximum age limit to apply for this is 30 years. However, there are courses in law including Bachelor in general law which one can pursue through distance mode but its not regulated by the Bar council of India and candidate won’t be able to practice in a court of law. |
