I am in my BCA's final year and planning to do M.E with Software Systems. Am I able to do that? There they say you require B.Tech/B.E or any other equivalent courses. I am planning to pursue M.E from BITS, Pilani or Dubai campus.

As you yourself has mentioned that for pursuing M.E. in Software Systems,one is required to have completed B.E./B.Tech or equivalent degree therefore you are not eligible for pursuing M.E. degree in Software systems as BCA degree courses are not equivalent to B.E./B.Tech degree course.
