since we bhms and bams students studying the same books and sharing the same knowledge ,why don't we have some consideration like lateral entry..or atleast reservation for studying mbbs.....why so rude rules for for us..since they have only changes in their medicine.

Yes you can do MBBS after completing BHMS , but both are graduate degrees then why you want to go for MBBS after completing your BHMS?
It would be better to go for Masters in your subject rather then going for a more graduate degree.

Further yes you can enrol in MBBS program if you have age relaxation.
