Can i do directly mca after doing +2 commerce with maths

MCA - Master of Computer Application is a 3 years Post Graduation Degree course and can be pursed after Graduation in any stream but the candidate should have studied Mathematics in 12th level.

The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having completed Graduation degree with 50% in any stream from a recognised University is eligible to apply for MCA through entrance exam.

As you have studied Mathematics in 12th Commerece, you are eligible to apply for MCA after Graduation Degree.

You are not eligbile direct for the MCA even study in the maths in 12th class becasue MCA is a PG course not UG.

Yes but after the UG you will be able to write the entance test of MCA becasue any garduate student which have studied maths in 12th standard are eligible to write MCA test.

But from my view you study B.Sc(Computer Science) except the BCA if you want to do the MCA becasue after the MCA if you will be apply in the higer study like M.tech then you will be not face any problem, otherwise may be you will be face problem.

The Educational Qualification for MCA Entrance Exam is given below-

Should be a pass in any recognized Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 year's duration in any discipline with Mathematics at 10 + 2 level.

OR

Should be a pass in any recognized Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 year's duration in any discipline with Mathematics as one of the subjects.

No you are not applicable for MCA course now because you have not completed your graduation degree.

It is necessary to have Maths as subjects in 12th standard to take admission for the Master of Computer Applications. Without that most MCA colleges will not offer you admission.

But that does not mean if you had Maths in 12th, you can take admission for MCA directly. MCA is a post graduation course. You can not apply for a post graduation course unless you have completed graduation.

You too will have to complete graduation and then think about taking admission for the Master of Computer Applications. It could be any graduation course that you can apply for.

You can pick Bachelor of Arts, Commerce or Science. Or perhaps you can also take admission for the Bachelor of Computer Applications to later apply for the MCA course.

But it will be absolutely necessary to have completed graduation course. After completing graduation you will appear for entrance exam to get admission for the Master of Computer Applications.

No, 12th standard commerce students are not eligibe for MCA course. A candidate who are completed their degree from a recognised university and Mathematics is a compulsory subject in 12th standard.


Eligibility details for MCA:-

It's mandatory that the applicant should having (mathematics) subject in 12th standard or bachelor degree course from recognized university in order to apply for MCA Course.

MCA stands for (Master of Computer Applications) and the duration of the course is for three years and the course is divided into six semester and without the mathematics subjects you're not eligible to apply for MCA course in order to get admission.

You have Completed bachelor degree course course, there is no issue regarding that. But, you should having mathematics subject in order to get admission for MCA Course.

So, If you having mathematics subject then definitely you're eligible for MCA Course. Otherwise, It's difficult to get admission for MCA Course after Completing you're graduation course.
