Only 12th pass are not eligible for KAS Examination and you must complete your B.Com to become eligible for KAS Examination.

Graduation is needed for KAS exam and those who are in final year expecting their result can also apply for it.

The age should be between 21 to 30 years if you are a General Category and other reserved categories will get age relaxation.

The selection will be based in the preliminary , mains and Interview.

As you are Commerce students so for you commerce will be the best option if you have studied it properly in your Graduation.

So at present you can start your preparation for KAS along with the Graduation. You are in 1st years so you can not apply for it now.
