Yes you are eligible for the IAS and IPS exams and other UPSC exams also. There are various exams conducted by the UPSC every year for which you can apply like IAS, IPS, IFS, CDS and so on.

Basically the education qualification required for all these exams is graduation in any discipline from the recognized university. Candidates appeared in the final year examination are also eligible to apply for the UPSC exams.

For the IAS, IPS and IFS exam for which you are interested you need the same education qualification. The age limit required for these exams is 21 to 30 years.
Relaxation in age is given to reserved category candidates like SC/ST, OBC, PH and so on.

ELIGIBLITY FOR UPSC EXAMS
1.Candidate must have bachlor degree with atleast 55% degree in any stream.
2.Age Limits:

A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st August, in the year of examination.
The upper age limit prescribed above will be relaxable in the follwing cases:
• Scheduled Caste or a Scheduled Tribe: upto a maximum of five years.
• Other Backward Classes: upto a maximum of three years.
