You can apply only if your degree is mentioned in the educational qualification of respective advertisement.
However u are eligible to apply for jobs where educational qualification is graduation and computer knowledge is also needed.

my dear ya sure you can apply for govt job but as you specialized that you wanna to apply in that field where the minimum requirement is B.TEh in computer software engg than am sorry to say that you can't do it you can't apply for such a job but my dear there another's available where's you can try my dear for more detail regarding this issue please check my pdf file bellow there am present all govt job after B.Sc

yes you can go for govt. jobs in many govt. sector . like
ias
ips
rjs
ras
ssc exam
upsc exam
ect.
age bar 21 to 30 year for all govt. exam

After doing B.Sc in Physics you can apply for following Government jobs:

-Defence Services examination like CDSE, AFCAT and various Short Service Commission.

-Civil Services Examination

-Indian Forest Services Examination

-Combined Graduate Level Examination

-Bank PO and Clerical Examinations

-Government Teachers job if you complete B.Ed and qualify TET.

-If you complete Post Graduation then you can apply for UGC NET for Government college Lecturer post.

There are many options available for you but the selection will depend on the examination and Interview.

Hence if you want to a government job then you have to be very well prepared for the examination. You can practice sample papers of the examination to get used to the examination pattern.

You can also join a coaching institute if you are not good at self study.

you are eligible for govt jobs why because you are having degree so will eligible
for all govt jobs

u can do apply for the post where bachelor degree is required in computer application

SSC
SBI PO And SBI Clerk
SBI associates exams...
There are many more in this list...like LIC,,etc...
