Can i fill TET exam forms before final result of DIET?

sir plz........ reject the tet exam for btc 2010 batch bcoz no G.O. had passed about TET EXAM for btc 2010.so plz its an heartly request to you ...........sir please.....sir cancelled this.....i definately sure sir ap hamari request ko jarur accept karange.
