Re: Can I get 100% job in Airline if I join Pilot Training?
Hi dear..
Well, in India ,getting a job is something else, and working in a reputed airline with a good pay is something else, there are few jobs for pilots, and no one can give you assurance of getting a job, today airline jobs are the highest paid jobs but with the increase in the number of pilots, now make it complicated for some pilots to survive, as company can higher new pilots, but as a fresher you will be hired as a Co-pilot and average salary ranges from 1 lakh -1.6 lakhs , but again it's not 100% sure that you will get job..!! All the best..!! Regards Sammy11 |

Re: Can I get 100% job in Airline if I join Pilot Training?
Hi,
No one can guarantee you that, especially in today's situation. Nowadays Airlines have the least amount of profits and employee satisfaction. Many companies are stopping international flights. You can see the burning example of Kingfisher airlines. Many employees are going for strikes since there is not enough salary. So at this point hiring further candidates is of a less possibility. Also a 100% job guarantee is a myth nowadays. What you can do is to try for jobs in different airlines company and try your luck. Especially you can go for Emirates. Emirates have started few new Airplanes. So if you have got your training properly, then best you go for such a big company. |
