No, it is not possible to switch degree course in in the mod of the duration. if you want to switch from Diploma in computer engineering to aeronautical engineering, you will have to start from the first year.

If you would have appeared and cleared your first year of aeronautical engineering and then after some gap wanted to apply for admission directly in second year, it would have been possible. But you cannot jump the degree courses from one to another.
