i have got 52 marks in JEE mains can i get admission in Any reputed college accross india without donation and specified branch such as
1.Mechanical
2.electrical
3.electronics and communication
4.civil

yes you can get a good colleges but not a govt. one, you can go for amity,UPES,JP,R L institute of technology(hyderabad) it is an off campus of bits-pilani,sikkim manipal,vit,srm.
