** AIEEE stands for All India Engineering Entrance Examination

** Sorry to say you are not eligible to get admission in any university or college in J&K after having 19 marks in AIEEE.

** As per my knowledge some of the college offer admission in engineering without AIEEE examination on the basis of 12th percentage i.e minimum of 80%.

** My suggestion to you is that you can apply for that college which offer admission to you on the basis of 12th marks if your percentage in class 12th is also poor then you are not eligible for engineering course.
