Can I get admission in GB Pant after scoring 627 rank in CET of GGS Indraprastha University

i have got a rank of 627 in cet 2012 of G.G.S.Indraprastha university. I am from outside of Delhi. can i get admission in G.B.Pant or another reputable engg. college in mechanical engg. by L.E. I have completed my diploma with automobile(mech.) engg. from Bihar.
