i got 89% in +2 boards pcb. nd scored 492 and got 627 rank in pmet .? m i elligible for gov. quota seat or managment quota seat? plz rply

You can get a management quota seat for sure,but there is nothing called government quota seat in Indian institutes.
Management quota seat is easy to get,it does not required much effort, only if you extra money to pay for the extra fees of management quotas in different institutes.
The management quota does not require any minimum marks requirement or to clear any competitive entrance exam,one can easily get a seat in management quota if he can spend extra money.

The cost of management seat is extremely high in compare to regular seats,it is never easy to pay such high amounts,as it is nearly 5-8 times higher than general course fees.
You need to pay nearly 15-20 lakh to get a seat under management quota in any reputed colleges in India for engineering courses.Hence you can understand the money required for a management seat.In other courses also the fees is extremely high,as it is meant to high.So you can get a management quota seat but only if you spend money for that.Management quota often ignores percentage and marks scored by candidates,so marks are given a little less importance on that sort of entries.
