As per my knowledge or on the behalf of last few year merit lists, No you won't get admission in any good college because the truth is that you scored really poor marks in the entrance exam. But as you know admissions are provided on the basis of merit list generated by the marls and it fluctuates year by year so try your luck may be you will get admission in the desired colleges
