SIR,my rank in wbjee is 32159.Which college can i take admission?BRAINWARE GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS OR CAMELLIA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY OR KINGSTON ENGINEERING COLLEGE.WHICH college beter for my rank in cse or ece?

yes i think that above colleges you listed you can get .
but they are not so good colleges but if you take decision to take admission then go for camellia institute of technology thats better than other two.

Sir , my 12 th result is very low like math (35), chemistry(78), physics(45) . But if my wbjee rank is under 1000, so can i get admission for engineering in govt. College.

As your rank is not that good so you cant get into a top private college.

Among the mentioned colleges you must go for camellia institute of technology.

But i personally suggest you to wait for the later rounds of counseling as there may be options of some top private colleges too.
