Osmania University is a public state university located in Hyderabad, India and Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad is a public university, located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Master of Technology in Computer Science is a postgraduate Computer Science Course. The duration of this course is two years. Applicants should have passed bachelor degree with a minimum of 50%. As per my knowledge, you are eligible to get admission in M.Tech CSE 1st year in OU or JNTU college.
