can i get admission in manit bhopal my stat rank in aieee 2012 overall-15363 & category 10209 , i belong to general category

First of all I want to tell you that admission in AIEEE colleges is on the basis of AIR ( ALL INDIA RANK)
state rank is for the preference of students admitted through State Quota under which 85% seats are reserved for Home State students.

I am sorry to say, but your State Rank is far away and there are very less chances to get any college with your desired stream.
