If you want to get admission in government medical college for pursuing bachelor's degree in medicine and surgery, you need to clear the various entrance exams like:

1. All India Pre Medical test.

2. AIIMS entrance exam.

3. State government Pre Medical test.

Admission to undergraduate courses like MBBS, BDS in government college is not given on the basis of marks scored in 10+2 but on the performance in the entrance exam.

You can get admission in private medical colleges in Punjab but let me aware you that they will ask for donation even if you have scored 95.6%.
