Dear Sir,

I want to ask a question from you about my admission in punjab. I have taken state rank of 13023 in punjab and i want to get advice from u which college is suitable for me. And can any college give me admission in Punjab in any stream?
please reply as soon as possible...

As per the information you have provided in your query, you scored state rank of 13023 So, you are not eligible to get admission in any good Govt college. However if you are reserved category candidate then you can apply for admission in good Govt college which accept your score. My suggestion to you is that you can apply for admission in private college because you are not eligible to get admission in any govt top reputed college after scoring state rank of 13023.

In order to get admission in any college, you must meet the cut off marks of the college which is set by the institution itself and it changes every year. The cut off marks for any institution depends on the following factors like number of candidates applying for the exam, number of sets available , difficulty level of the exam etc.
