Yes, you can get BDS seat as you come under the SC reservation and have got the cut-off marks.

your chance to get BDS seat under SC category after scoring 153.5 cutoff is only 70% in FIRST ROUND COUNCELLING.If you are wait listed ,you will get seat in SECOND ROUND OF COUNCELLING.........
