EAMCET stands for Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test. This examination is conducted by JNTU Hyderabad on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education Council.

** B.Sc in Agriculture is an undergraduate Agriculture Science and Technology course. The duration of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture course is four years.

** B.V.Sc. or Bachelor of Veterinary Science is an undergraduate Veterinary Science Course. The duration of this course is four and half years.

** D.Pharma. or Diploma in Pharmacy is an undergraduate Diploma Course in the medical field of Pharmacy. The duration of this course is two years after 12th class.

Yes you can get admission in B.Sc Agricultural or Veterinary or Pharm D seat after scoring 23491 rank in EAMCET so my suggestion to you is that you can apply for private college which accept your score because you are not eligible to get admission in good government college.
