EAMCET stands for Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test. This examination is conducted by JNTU Hyderabad on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education Council.

B.Sc in Agriculture is an undergraduate Agriculture Science and Technology course. The duration of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture course is four years.

D.Pharma. or Diploma in Pharmacy is an undergraduate Diploma Course in the medical field of Pharmacy. The duration of this course is two years after 12th class.

As per my knowledge, yes you are eligible to get admission in Ag BSc or Pharm D seat after scoring 28893 rank in EAMCET so my suggestion to you is that you can apply for private college because you are not eligible to get admission in good government college.
