i secured 39283 rank in eamcet 2013 can i get seat in bsc ag or veteinary or any other courses .

As per my knowledge, no you are not eligible to get a seat in government college BSc Ag or Veterinary after securing 39283 rank in EAMCET. My suggestion to you is that you can apply for admission in private college of engineering which accept your Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test score.
