Can I get BTech admission in IIT through PH quota if having -6D eyesight?


Hello Sir, I have an eyesight of -6D and I am studying in 11th standard. I want to secure admission for BTech course in IIT. So, I can get admission through PH quota or PH quota is available in IIT or not? Kindly tell me asap.

No, you cannot get PH quota if you have -6D eyesight. To get reservation for PH Quota, you must have eyesight less than 6/60 or must be blind. Then only, you will get reservation for PH Quota.
