Can I get a duplicate copy of NET E-certificate?


On 30th November, 2019 I got my NET E-certificate but there is lots of black mark which covers the written statement on the certificate. What should I do? Please help me out. Can I get a duplicate copy?

you can get the duplicate copy only if the original certificate issued is lost.
