since your marks in AIEEE is very less so i do not think you will get any government college.

and if you will get college that will be very low rank college.

hi,
I am sorry to say that you can get admissions govt college in any state because you get very less marks.
If you want you can take admissions in low ranking private college.
But In my opinion you should take another attempts so that you may get top govt college next time.
