I have cleared my B.Com with 59 percent marks and now doing M.Com 2nd year. Can I get job in private banking sector? Can I apply directly in banks like ICICI, HDFC, Kotak or others? Or, do I need to write any entrance for jobs in private banking sector?

Well you are a graduate already so definitely you can apply for the private banking sector jobs .

The private banks basically conduct examinations individually.

These private banks offer various job profiles which include, Relationship Manager, Assistant Manager, Information Technology (IT) Officer, Security Manager, Law Executive, HR Manager, Branch Manager Business Development Manager, Teller etc..

For various posts various educational degrees are needed like MBA or graduation, CA, etc.

You can also apply for vacancies that are available with website of individual bank and for that you need to keep a follow up to the official website of these banks.

If you want to join higher posts of banking then you need to write IBPS examination. If you to join contact basis then your interview will be enough. Private sector banks recruit contactual staff to operate customers support. In this case they just conduct an interview.

You can go for bank tests if you wish to get into that job.Degree is enough for that.For getting into private banks as such some banks conducts interviews as well as tests since there must be a huge number of candidates searching for the same post.Your degree percentage is enough to write exams and also your interpersonal,language skills must be also tested in an interview.
