Re: Can I get MBBS admission in any Government Medical college after completing BSc(Nursing)?
MBBS stands for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery and as the name suggests it is an undergraduate degree course of five and a half years after completing which one head towards becoming a doctor.
Further, the minimum education required pursuing MBBS degree course is a higher secondary school degree in Science stream with PCB group subjects from a recognised board of education. So, being a student of B.Sc in Nursing degree course, you are eligible to pursue MBBS degree course as the minimum education required to pursue B.Sc Nursing degree course is same as that required for pursuing MBBS degree course. Also, for pursuing MBBS degree course from any medical college of India, you need to qualify NEET or AIIMS MBBS Entrance examination or JIPMER MBBS entrance examination. |
