MBBS is a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery course. For MBBS course candidate should have passed with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology from a recognized board.

As per my knowledge, you are eligible to get MBBS seat in Tamilnadu medical college after scoring 196.25 medical cutoff. My suggestion to you is that you can apply for admission in that college which accept your score.
