yes you can get but not only through marks of 12th .
you should give their Entrance test for medical Exam and will get good rank,
thereafter it is possible.

Dear friend,there is no entrance exam for medical in tamil nadu.Colleges afflicated to Dr.MGR university and goverment colleges in tamil nadu intake students based on the marks scored in higher secondary.As you mention your cutoff as 195,your chance for getting a medical seat is better.You can get following private medical colleges 1.tagore medical college,vandaloor and 2.muthukumaran medical college,mangadu.

It is possible only for 80% .......all govt colleges will get filled out with cut off 200 to 196..anyhow you can sit for entrance exams to join MBBS.....or else you can go for NRA which is cost effective....

* You need not pay any donation to opt a seat in medical colleges of Tamil Nadu as your cut off is considerable.

* But the thing is you will be able to obtain a seat only in private or self financing medical colleges.

* So, be care full while choosing the self financing colleges.

You mention that you have scored 195 marks so there is a great possiblity that u can get admission in government college in tamilnadu . That's why u have no need to pay donetion in that college. But in private college you have to pay fees so remember that.

i expected to get 197.75 cutoff. is the chance available to get medical seat. i am related to bc caste.
